myCreativePro is a brand and platform that connects business clients with independent creative professionals and partner agencies (“Creative Partners”).
Projects and services are carried out directly by the respective Creative Partner, not by myCreativePro itself.

1.2 Business Clients Only
Our platform is intended exclusively for business clients (§14 BGB). By using myCreativePro, you confirm that you are acting in a commercial or professional capacity and not as a consumer (§13 BGB). Consumer protection laws (e.g. withdrawal rights) do not apply.

1.3 Scope
myCreativePro facilitates communication, coordination, and project organization between clients and Creative Partners.
No employment, partnership, or direct service contract exists between the client and myCreativePro. Any project agreement or payment arrangement occurs directly between the client and the Creative Partner.

Information shared on our website or through communication channels is for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer.

2.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to myCreativePro and Creative Partners is accurate and complete.

2.3 Creative Partners
Creative Partners operate independently. myCreativePro does not guarantee or warrant the quality, timing, or outcome of their work.

3. Liability

3.1 Platform Responsibility
myCreativePro is responsible only for maintaining the functionality of the platform and facilitating communication.

3.2 Exclusion of Liability
We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or results of independent Creative Partners, nor for indirect or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials displayed on the myCreativePro website are protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
Creative works produced through collaborations remain under the rights and agreements made directly between the client and the Creative Partner.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law.
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
