This website is a guide to how we work and the kind of projects we take on. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Real project terms — scope, price, timeline — are agreed in writing, project by project, in a separate proposal or contract.

1. Who we are

myCreativePro is a creative production studio based in Berlin, Germany. Full operator details are in our [Imprint](/imprint).

2. What this website is (and isn't)

Everything on this website — text, prices, packages, timelines, case studies — is published for general orientation only. It is not a binding offer.

• Prices are indicative. The numbers shown in the Pricing section are starting ranges based on past projects. The real cost of any project is agreed in writing in the project proposal.
• Packages are illustrative. Real scope is defined per project.
• Timelines are typical, not guaranteed.
• Case studies describe past work and do not promise any specific outcome for future projects.

If anything on this website turns out to be incomplete, outdated, or slightly off, that doesn't create any legal obligation on our side.

3. How a project actually becomes binding

A project is binding only when both of the following have happened:

1. We send you a written proposal or contract for that specific project, and 2. You confirm it in writing (signing, replying with explicit acceptance, or paying the agreed deposit).

Anything before that — calls, drafts, this website — is non-binding.

4. Who we work with

myCreativePro works with commercial customers — businesses, organisations, and institutions. We don't offer services to consumers, so statutory consumer protections (including the 14-day withdrawal right) don't apply.

5. Liability

This website is for general information. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on what's published here. For project work, the liability terms set out in the individual project contract apply.

6. Intellectual property

Website content. All text, images, video, and design on this site are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written consent.

Project work. Ownership and usage rights for project deliverables are defined in the project agreement. By default, we keep the right to show finished work in our portfolio unless the project agreement specifically excludes it.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.
