1. Who's responsible

2. What we collect and why

We process personal data only when there is a clear, lawful reason under Article 6 (1) GDPR.

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or book a call, we collect your name, email, and any other information you choose to include. Lawful basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to you (Art. 6 (1) (f)).

Technical information. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (IP, browser, request times) for security and operation. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site running (Art. 6 (1) (f)).

3. Third-party services

We use a small number of services to run this site: Vercel (hosting and anti-bot protection), Resend (contact-form emails), Google / YouTube (embedded videos via the privacy-friendly `youtube-nocookie.com` domain), and Google Calendar (call booking).

Where a service is based outside the EU, the transfer is covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR.

4. Cookies

We don't set marketing or analytics cookies. Technical cookies may be set by our hosting provider for security. Embedded videos may set cookies the moment you play one — those are managed by Google.

5. Sharing with partners

For some projects, work is delivered with trusted partner agencies or freelance crew. If we need to share your contact details with a specific partner to deliver a project, we'll tell you who and why first.

6. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to manage the relationship, plus any retention period German tax law requires us to follow (up to 10 years for business records).

7. Your rights

You have the standard GDPR rights over your personal data: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@mycreative.pro.
